Branchwater is Belltown’s Kentucky Bourbon Bar, created by the owners of Pintxo, The Upstairs and Bar Abajo. The name refers to the naturally-filtered stream water used by Kentucky distillers to create their unique blends of bourbon. Branchwater showcases an expansive craft cocktail and bites menu with borrowed from their sister restaurant, Pintxo. The gorgeous and comfortable bar is inspired by co-owner Amanda’s Kentucky roots and an homage to her parents and their love for Bourbon and all things hospitality. The neighborhood bar exudes a casual scene with indoor circular fireplace, glowing stained glass chandelier, low lights, comfortable couches and high back booths to make you feel at home with a sweet touch of Southern hospitality.
